Daniel Ravid
Principal Investigator and Director
Dr. Daniel Ravid is an Assistant Professor of Management in the Anderson School of Management at The University of New Mexico. He conducts research on the changing nature of work broadly, including research on technology use in work contexts and on workforce aging
Mahtab Shafiei
Lab Member
Dr. Mahtab Shafiei joined WATCH Lab in 2024. Mahtab received her Ph.D. in Political Science with a focus on International Relations from the University of New Mexico. She is currently pursuing an MBA at UNM Anderson. Mahtab's research intersts are in the areas of International Management, and International Business including the impacts of international regulatory frameworks on business operations. She is particularly interested in how international law influences global business practices and aims to contribute to the development of sustainable business practices and effective management strategies in a globalized economy. In her free time, she enjoys working out, running, and continuing her involvement in track and field.
Asia Corwin
Lab Member
Asia joined WATCH Lab as an undergraduate research assistant in the winter of 2023. Asia is an undergraduate at the University of New Mexico studying Business Finance and Political Science. She joined WATCH Lab to learn more about I-O psychology and to gain research experience for graduate school. She is broadly interested in large-scale social motivation and job satisfaction. She plans to pursue a Juris Doctorate post-graduation. In her free time, Asia enjoys reading and being outside.
Kobina Kyeremateng
Lab Member
Kobina joined WATCH Lab as a graduate research assistant in the Fall of 2023. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in computer engineering at the University of New Mexico. Kobina’s recived his undergraduate degree in Psychology and the Study of Religions from the University of Ghana and his MBA from IAE Pau-Bayonne in France. In his leisure time, Kobina enjoys watching soccer, exploring new places, and playing the piano.
Emmanuel Bazucchi
Collaborating Researcher
Emmanuel joined WATCH Lab in Spring of 2023. Emmanuel is a PhD candidate at Toulouse School of Management. His research focuses on the future of work with intelligent technologies, organizational behaviors and employee experiences. Emmanuel previously was a teacher in Management Science at the IUT Toulouse Paul Sabatier. He holds an MSc in Human Resources Management from TSM and an MSc in Management from ICN Business School. Ahleah Miles
Collaborating Researcher
Dr. Ahleah Miles received her Ph.D in I-O psychology from The George Washington University where she also worked as a Survey Research Analyst. Through interdisciplinary research, Ahleah examines concepts like workplace technology, career decision-making, and precarious work, in service of the principles of access and fairness. She earned her bachelor's degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and will begin a postdoctorate fellowship at Michigan State University in the Fall of 2024.
